About Me
My passion is composing, producing, mixing, mastering, and editing music across all genres.
It is especially rewarding to deliver the finished product to my clients and witness their excitement because I was able to bring their vision or idea to life through the speakers.
I graduated from Otterbein University with a B.A. in Music Performance, with saxophone as my primary instrument. After graduating, I attended and graduated from the nationally renowned “The Recording Workshop” in Chillicothe, Ohio.
I played saxophone in the jazz fusion band “State of Mind” from 1987 through 1993.
Immediately after, I invested in my first recording studio and created my first jazz fusion CD, entitled Wild Blue Dream. That was completed a few years later, and I have been composing, engineering, and producing ever since.
My first professional break came in 1999 with X-Ray Dog Publishing, where I discovered the business of Music Sync. Mitch Lejewski, co-owner of X-Ray Dog, heard a pop-rock song I co-wrote, recorded, mixed, and produced during the credits of an independent film, and X-Ray Dog became my publisher.
Several of my pieces have been used in major movie trailers as well as TV and radio commercials.
I currently have titles with BMG and Atomic Overture. As an established independent recording and mixing engineer, composer, and producer, I have had the opportunity to work with great independent artists.
Being a perfectionist, I work diligently to achieve the vision of the artists who put their trust in me.
